So far, I like the amenities and maintenance, but I'm not fond of the piles of trash that get left on the floor. I feel like trash may need to come more often to avoid this issue.

I’ve lived here for three years and honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. It’s a great place, and a huge part of that is Jim from maintenance. He’s awesome! Always super helpful, quick to fix things, and just genuinely nice to deal with.

Living in this apartment community has been a mostly positive experience. The location is convenient, the apartments are well maintained, and management is generally responsive. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the community feels safe and comfortable overall.

It's alright. The apartment has a great community, but its policies are not international student-friendly. Since we face a lot of uncertainty in our status sometimes things get more complicated than we anticipate but once the lease is signed the management doesn't have accommodations for them, making the stay in this apartment stressful. I like the place and the staff do their best but their policy is not a good fit. I think will inform my friends who are International students to stay away if... I am asked.
