The apartment is very spacious and there is a lot of storage space. I absolutely love the pool for the summertime. It is always clean and well kept with lots of residents out there every day.

There’s so many things one could review about this apartment. But no matter what anyone says, corporate greed will continue to make residents pay more while continuing to give them less.

Living at the Social is great! I love hanging out with my roommates and neighbors by the pool, or sitting outside on our porch! I frequently use the gym and the study rooms too! I also love the community events!

A great living space for college students. I would not say price friendly at all but everyone is jacking up prices so you can’t blame them. Definitely the best student living place and the dealbreaker for me was it offered a garbage disposal which makes life easier. Community and maintenance staff are superb though! Great spaces and areas sizes for everyone!
