Great pricing you just don’t get what your advertising. maintenance Sucks the apartments need updating . They say they would do one thing and do another never stick to they word

I love the community, everyone is nice and friendly. The amenities are good as well, i love the decorations and trees. The leasing office workers are very friendly as well.

I have had a wonderful experience so far living in this community and highly recommend it. The leasing staff are consistently friendly, genuinely helpful, and readily available whenever you need assistance, which truly makes a difference in the day-to-day living experience. Additionally, the on-site amenities are exceptional and beautifully maintained. Whether you want to relax by the pool, work out in the gym, shoot hoops on the basketball court, hang out in the clubhouse, or find a quiet space… in the study rooms, everything you need is right here. Getting packages is incredibly easy and secure thanks to the electronic package locker system. Parking is available right outside your assigned building. This is a great option for students attending SIUE. If you are looking for a well-managed community that perfectly balances great amenities and a supportive staff, this is a fantastic place to call home!

My roommates are a little messy, and when I checked in I wasn’t given any guidance on how to find my apartment or my room, but otherwise it’s been nice!
