Made an appointment for a tour. The appointment was confirmed through text message with the leasing office. When we arrived for the tour, the leasing office was closed and no one showed up for the tour. We tried to reach out multiple times afterwards and no one got back to us. When you ask a question through the text messages they “forward your question to a colleague” who will never get back to you. Don’t waste your time.

Do not rent this property
Garbage pick up comes 5 days a week (which is unheard of) early morning time and wakes everyone up. The management doesn’t care about anything you have to say to them and is completely unhelpful. Can’t wait to move from here. Highly not recommend

the airbus noise is so bad
my kids tried to play outside but the airplanes where so loud they couldn't...going to find new place to live

Love it
I've been here about 4 months now, but so far, I love it. The apartment is great, I have an awesome kitchen counter so I don't need a table (I live alone, but I'm the smallest apartments so this saves a lot of space for me). Dogs are welcome and there are a ton of them around here-a big plus especially for a large breed owner like me. Also, it's not far from shopping in both Elk Grove and Woodfield.
