I lived there less than 6 months because they weren't doing anything to fix the problem of CONSTANTLY having mice running around in my apartment. They said because the mice were in the walls there was nothing they could do except put sticky traps in each room to hopefully catch them. There were MULTIPLE separate occasions where I had mice in my apartment . One time I came home to 5!! mice stuck in the traps that were set. If I wasn't dealing with mice, I was dealing with roaches. There were a... few times I walked into my kitchen at night and found a roach running across the floor. I moved in and discovered a moldy air conditioner and a sticky substance in my tub. When it dropped below 20 degrees outside the heat to my apartment stopped working and it got down to 59 degrees at one point. I had to go out and buy space heaters and had to sleep with my winter jacket on with my dog as close to me as possible because she was so cold and couldn't stop shaking. The conditions were unlivavle but they said there wasn't anything they could do to make my heat work. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to ANYONE. The pictures they have make it look all nice and new and it was the WORST experience I've ever had living in an apartment. Please please pleaseee find a different place. No one else should have to go through what I went through. They also charged me to "repaint" my apartment after I moved out when I was there for less than 6 months, lived on my own, and wasn't there more than 4 days out of the week because of either the mice, the roaches, or the unlivable conditions during the winter with the heat not working. Roaches everywhere. maintenance sucks. They do not care at all. My door wants shut and would not open back in my seven-year-old sister got locked outside. This is a fire hazard and they didn’t care. There was once a shooting outside the apartment I couldn’t move my car because there is a shooting, I got towed

Staff was so welcoming and nice the apartments are beautiful and very clean the neighborhood is quiet

The staff has been very friendly and responds quicklyrics to issues and concerns.
