Everything operates on electric, so you don't have to worry about outrageous gas bills. We also have coin-operated laundry on site, so you never have to worry about finding a laundromat.

We do require an application, background check, first month's rent, one month's rent as a deposit, and a one-year lease for new renters. We also do perform criminal history checks and require references to ensure the safety and well-being of all our residents.
