Great first apartment

I have been living in these apartments for 6 months now and it has been wonderful. It is a quiet community and everyone in my building has been very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the community events they put on, it is a great way to meet new people. Monica and her team and have been very helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate the maintenance staff who have fixed things within hours of submitting a request. I plan to continue to rent with Shodeen in the future.

So far so good

We have lived here for almost a year so far and have enjoyed it! We had an incident with packages getting opened but they immediately addressed the issue and installed a security camera in our lobby! Monica is very nice and attentive to any needs that we have as residents, we will be staying another year for sure!

Cozy and quaint, but with modern luxuries

Mill Creek is a beautiful, quiet community. Living here, I feel safe and welcomed. Pet friendly, maintenance is very attentive, nice gym, convenience store, and ample parking. Location is excellent, especially if you are a golfer.

Beautiful Quiet Community

I've lived here for over a year and love it! The management team works really hard to make sure the community is clean and very well kept. They have an online portal for paying rent and scheduling any maintenance requests, which is really convenient. I've never had an issue with noise - it's a quiet community. There are lots of walking paths and a gorgeous golf course a block away so it's a very scenic area . Highly recommend!
