It’s a great area however the gym equipment is lacking and tvs don’t work.
It’s horrible in the winter as the walks and handicap ramps are not properly taken care of. It has been brought to management’s attention and they said it’s reasonable to wait 24-48 hrs after snowfall. I have had family visit and they ask why nothing has been shoveled?!
Maintenance hours are not great for people who work past three.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The walking paths and golf courses are beautiful and perfect for getting outside, and having an on-site ice cream shop, market, and other shops is such a nice bonus. The dog park is great, and the patio areas with grills and fireplaces make it easy to relax or spend time with friends.
Maintenance is very responsive, and the leasing office is always helpful and easy to work with. I have been living in these apartments for 6 months now and it has been wonderful. It is a quiet community and everyone in my building has been very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the community events they put on, it is a great way to meet new people. Monica and her team and have been very helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate the maintenance staff who have fixed things within hours of submitting a request. I plan to continue to rent with Shodeen in the future.

We have lived here for almost a year so far and have enjoyed it! We had an incident with packages getting opened but they immediately addressed the issue and installed a security camera in our lobby! Monica is very nice and attentive to any needs that we have as residents, we will be staying another year for sure!
