Not luxury

For the 3rd time this month mid run the treadmills have shut off completely- on top of the pool being closed for the whole summer, gym equipment being ripped, mail being taken from mail room that’s open to public, elevators breaking, dog pee stains on carpets and courtyard not being maintained even after mentioning concerns to corporate minimum effort has been put in. The leasing managers are amazing and try there best but I believe this is a corporate management issue and not being able to keep… up with properties while still building new ones.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with our leasing team—we truly appreciate their efforts and dedication to our residents.

We do want to provide some clarification on a few… of the items mentioned. The courtyard is currently maintained by a third-party landscaping company, and it is being regularly serviced and maintained. We’re also actively evaluating the electrical issue with the fitness center to determine why the treadmills are shutting down when they are being used simultaneously.

Our bi-annual common-area carpet deep clean is scheduled for October, which will address the carpets throughout the community. We understand that maintaining the appearance and functionality of the common areas is important to our residents.

Regarding the pool, we recognize how disappointing it has been to have it unavailable this season. While the pool will remain closed for the 2027 season, we are planning for it to reopen for the 2028 season with additional improvements!

We absolutely encourage residents to continue bringing concerns directly to the Property Manager so that our onsite team has the opportunity to address them as quickly as possible. And, as always, if a concern is not resolved or you feel it requires additional attention, it can absolutely be brought to our corporate team as well.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address these concerns. Our goal is to make sure our residents feel heard and that issues are followed through to resolution.

My peaceful retreat is at the Reserve!

I have had a fantastic experience living at The Reserve at Hudson Crossing Apartments! I feel like it is the best and the safest apartments to live at in the heart of Oswego, IL, with superb amenities, including a beautiful pool, kitchen lounge, huge climatized garage, as well as outdoor tables and comfortable seating near the grilling areas. The complex is very clean with restaurants nearby and a beautiful nature walk by the river as well as a children’s park. The staff keeps the building clean… and any maintenance issue is solved in just a few hours or a day. The staff as well as the neighbors are very warm and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone - you will not regret choosing this apartment.

Love!!!

Just moved in here and love the community! Kelly, the property manager, has been nothing short of amazing to work with and has helped with any questions or concerns I have had. The amenities are a huge bonus and being right downtown has its perks as well! Would recommend to anyone looking near the Oswego area.

Love Calling Hudson at Reserve home!!!

I found a community where I feel safe and comfortable. The amenities are fantastic! The outdoor terrace is so inviting and relaxing! Swimming, grilling, playing console, fire tables to roast marshmallows. My apartment is spacious and modernized! I love calling here home!!

Great community

The staff has been very resourceful and timely when I've reached out with questions and assistance. Even outside of business hours ! I had an accidental lock out of my apartment outside of business hours and the staff responded in such a timely manner, I was very Impressed and grateful!
