Apex 400 Apartments

Nice amenities but terrible building design. There are fans that are a part of the heating and cooling system that run 24 hrs. a day that make the floors and walls of the entire unit vibrate and shake. Even after months of living there still don't get used to it and makes sleeping difficult when the bed is always vibrating, imagine trying to sleep on a running washer / dryer. It's a shame since nice location and building but beware, especially if looking at a higher up floor.

I live in Glen Ellyn and my niece was interested in possibly renting. We scheduled a lunch date and was planning on getting more info on rental availability. As we stood next to the sign “walk-ins welcome!” rang the bell for the leasing office and was told by a woman through the speaker that she was busy and to call to make an appointment. I would expect much more from a high end leasing office than a rude voice through a speaker essentially saying to go away. At the very least perhaps she could... have left with a brochure including floor plans and prices or even just been buzzed in to see a friendly face….??
