    New Management Lackluster

    The building and units are very nice with recent remodels, new(er) appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer. However, the new manager that works in the office on the first floor is not overwhelmingly helpful. There are office hours posted on the wall on the first floor and they are seldom adhered to. There are randomly periods of several hours where the office door is closed and locked with the lights off despite it being well within regular office hours and outside of reasonable lunch hours.… Inquiries submitted through the online portal to company management are not answered in a timely manner, sometimes taking more than two weeks for a response. Overall the on-site manager does not exhibit a readily approachable attitude and does not offer solutions to problems when approached, merely differing to an unseen upper management that is inaccessible to renters.
