1920’s bug invested dump
This place is the slums! Do not move here unless you live on the 3rd floor and have an alarm system. There are a few mentally disturbed tenants that gives me Norman Bates vibes. The buildings are so old (1920’s) that you can hear the neighbors above you so clear that you might as well live with them. The management does not care about new tenants only the ones who have been there for 25 years or more even if you do pay your rent on time. These buildings are so old. The bugs that we find daily is... unreal. Spiders, flies, nets and regardless of how deep you clean they always pop up. The maintenance people are incompetent. This is the worst apartment complex ever and I recommend you to not move here unless you are on the verge of being homeless because these apartments make you feel like you are living in a mental house slash bug invested dump. Some tenants gives me serial killer vibes. Also, Dark very dark at night too scared to come home late because it’s not safe.

Good Experience
Nice landscaping & close to my workplace. The area is ok as well. Office goes out of there way to take care of things.

Great service!
Just moved to Joliet for work and Aisha made my move in experience super easy and stress free! They’re always making improvements as well! I haven’t had any problems ever since I’ve been here!
