Best apartment complex in the northwest burbs

I have been living here for about 3 years or so and have had a great experience. It has come time to renew my lease for the second time and I was looking at a few places, but because Rex and Bethany were so kind as to go above and beyond with things that I was asking for, they won me over. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom because I wanted more space for when family comes over since I am the oldest of 6 kids and my fiancee is the eldest of 5 siblings. They made it work with getting... me into the top floor unit, which has the high sealings and the white cabinets I was seeking for. Not to mention, the service when anything goes out, such as a light etc is very fast and efficient by maintenance. Over the years, they have made sure to help me out when possible from when I first leased with Stacey. Great higher end place for a great price.

3 years and counting at Apex 41

We are in the process of our 3rd lease renewal at Apex 41. We moved in in 2018, and have nothing but great things to say about the community. It is modern, safe, quiet, and friendly. You can take late night walks and feel safe. Everyone says hello to each other in the elevators. What more can you ask for in this day and age. Moreover, Apex is the best value proposition when looking at similar luxury apartments in the area. Hands down the best price per square foot/amenities value and believe me,... we looked thoroughly this 2020 lease renewal. Rex was super helpful as we chose to upgrade our apartment and pestered him for a few months to find the ideal unit. He patiently went over dozens of floor plans and showed us so many units. Bethany is the manager and is also super polite, and helpful. The building maintenance is amazing, the maintenance staff responds to repair tickets immediately and are super kind. Overall Apex 41 is the best place to rent a premium apartment in the Lombard/Oakbrook/Downers Grove area. 5 Stars from Allie&Zee !
