Pure Trash
These apartments are GARBAGE!!! BEWARE DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOUR DESPARATE. RENT HERE DECREASES AND INCREASES WHENEVER THE SO CALLED AREA MANAGER FEEL IS NESSARY. WHEN I MOVED IN THE PLACE WAS A DUMP. AND THE OLD LANDLORD GINGER EXPLAINS THE APARTMENTS ARE LEASED OUT "AS IS'' IN ANT CONDITION?
DOES THAT SOUND FAMILIAR?
THE NEW LANDLORD IS LOST AND UNPROFESSIONAL, HER NAME IS SHARON
ALSO SHE WONT ANSWER YOYR QUESTIONS AND NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE
THEY ARE RACIST
AS A TENANT THERE YOU WONT GET... PEACE, KIDS RUNNING ALL OVER THE PLACE, GARBAGE ON THE GROUND BY THE DUMPTERS AL NASTY BUGS ALL OVER THE PLACE, SMELLS BAD,
AND GUYS OUTSIDE SMOKING BLUNTS OF WEED IN FRONT OF KIDS!
SPEAK TO THE NEIGHBORS, PLEASE GO VISIT THE PROPERTY BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING
