peoples cars are constantly being broken into, constant sewer problems, the first floor gets flooded often and management does the bare minimum to resolve any issues.

In response to your statement regarding your vehicle being broken into, the police department has advised that this is a seasonal issue occurring throughout the area and is not isolated to our property. Similar... incidents have been reported at other nearby properties as well.
Please be advised that management is not responsible for the protection of vehicles parked in the lot, as it is a public parking area. Posted signage throughout the lot informs all individuals who park there of this policy. We strongly encourage all residents to refrain from leaving valuables or personal belongings inside their vehicles.
Regarding first-floor flooding, this typically occurs when improper items—such as paper towels—are flushed instead of toilet tissue designed to break down properly. We ask all residents to be mindful of what is disposed of in toilets to help prevent plumbing issues.
