Super easy process Overall, we are happy with the apartment and the community. The lease renewal process was very easy and straightforward, which we really appreciated. There are just a few areas where we would like to see better maintenance of the amenities. For example, the grilling area could use some attention, as only one of the two grills is currently working properly. Overall, it has been a positive experience, and taking care of these small details would make it even better.

Terrible

Village Place Apartments was one of the worst places I’ve lived. There is a serious silverfish problem, and my apartment felt completely infested with them. I would constantly see silverfish throughout the apartment, and it got to the point where I felt uncomfortable in my own home.

What made the situation even worse was that maintenance never properly addressed the issue. I put in requests for the infestation to be fixed, but they either wouldn’t come in or would not do enough to actually… resolve the problem. The silverfish continued to be an issue, and it felt like my concerns were completely ignored.

I would not recommend Village Place Apartments based on my experience. No one should have to live with an ongoing infestation while management and maintenance fail to properly fix the issue.

Bath tub stopper broken Tim came and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. He had to replace the entire stopper. He cleaned up after himself and it now opens and closes beautifully!
