The base rent is not what you’ll end up paying each month. They require you to get internet through them which for the prices they charge for the internet it should work better. They also require renter’s insurance, but it’s pretty cheap. There are specific pet friendly buildings and I was put in a building that wasn’t pet friendly even though I had a cat listed on my lease as an ESA. They also never got back to me about my ESA letter to approve or deny it, so if you’re trying to get an ESA... approved from another state you probably won’t hear back even after multiple attempts. I also applied for 1 apartment and they said it would be ready but then changed the date to a month later so I got a different apartment. The snow in the winter isn’t cleared super well in the parking lot and it’s usually in the middle of the day so you have to drive through the snow on your way to work. My apartment would often smell like weed from other apartments and when I first moved in there was definitely a smoker because there was a faint smell of smoke. Read More

Friendly office staff. Good location. But I don't recommend moving here.
Rent is very expensive for the maintenance issues, exposure to illegal drugs, and health concerns.
We were shown a different unit when we toured because the unit we applied for was being renovated.
Even after the renovation, there were many issues with the apartment (for example the doors not closing or opening - I got stuck in our bathroom) and maintenance takes weeks or even months to respond to requests, sometimes they... don't even finish a request but mark it as complete. We have had issues with the windows since October which are unresolved and they marked it as finished.
We also were not informed that even though the unit we toured was in a nonsmoking building, the unit we applied for was in a smoking building. Our apartment smelled of smoke and took weeks to get rid of the smell.
Our biggest issue has been with the failure to handle tenants using illegal drugs on property. Starting in September 2024, very strong marijuana smoke has been coming in our apartment unit through the vents from another tenant (strong enough smell to give us headaches). We have followed the apartment's instructions to call maintenance and we have called 911, but after 6 months of reporting marijuana use on property, the issue is unresolved.
We have been vigilant in reporting the problem especially since I was pregnant and now have a newborn so the marijuana exposure is a health concern (which has also been expressed when reporting the marijuana).
