If, at any point during the application process, we determine that the application is not a good fit for you or for us, we reserve the right to cancel your application. In that case, your application deposit will be returned. (We call this our “Happy Clause.”)

2-bedroom: up to 3 people

4-bedroom: up to 5 people

If more people are living in the home, there’s an additional $100 per person.
If one applicant in a group is denied, the whole application will be denied.
