The Nest thermostats are locked to a specific range, and candles in the suite are for decoration only. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation, and if it is found that there are more guests, you will lose 100% of your security deposit. Please leave the suite as you found it, with all dishes cleaned and trash taken out before your departure. We have great Wi-Fi on the property, but we cannot guarantee it will be working 100% of the time. We also have the right to ask for additional documentation or security deposits. No moving furniture, as it costs $100 per piece to put back. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on or near the property, and the guest booking the reservation is responsible for all actions of any additional guests or people at the property.
