No parties or events are allowed, and if found, you accept full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits, and will lose 100% of your security deposit. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. If a noise complaint is received, the police will be called immediately, and 100% of your security deposit will be kept. The Nest thermostats are locked to specific temperature ranges. Candles in the suite are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation, and exceeding this will result in losing 100% of your security deposit. Furniture should not be moved, and a fee of $100 per piece will be charged if it needs to be returned to its original place. Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
