The Villas Downtown Springfield

This apartment is way too overpriced for what you are getting. Every summer, my apartment became infested by gnats; When I told my landlord about it, I was told "we are working on it." The parking is ridiculous, they say its free but you will most likely need to buy a separate parking pass because the apartment parking lot is constantly full. At one point, mold started to grow all over my apartment and eventually onto my clothes in the closet. When I notified my landlord about it, I was told to… go buy peroxide and the landlord would provide nothing. Also, the laundry is not big enough for the amount of people living in the apartment and is way too expensive. Absolutely do not recommend. 4/10 Read More
