I moved into The Atworth 4 months ago and from day 1 it’s felt like home to me. The building is kept clean, the residents are very nice and friendly and the staff are responsive. I’m very happy here.

I love living at The Atworth! It is my 7th year already! I love the pool and use the exercise room constantly! My Studio apartment is perfect for me! I have also met some wonderful residents.

Overall a very nice property - have noticed less maintenance and facility support so bangs and dings in corridors more plentiful, hallways nto as clean and trash rooms on weekends over flowing - if maintenance restored to prior levels would be A property

At the moment, we are in the midst of the summer season, with over twenty move-ins and... move-outs taking place. Additionally, we are in the height of pool season, experiencing significant traffic throughout the community areas.
Despite the high volume of activity, we remain committed to staying on top of any necessary wall repairs and common area clean-ups. We strive to address these tasks as swiftly and efficiently as possible, aiming to maintain the quality of our community for all residents to enjoy.

I love living at The Atworth. It’s incredibly convenient and easy to get around. I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment and I don’t have to worry about a thing!
