Atworth is a beautiful property with unique architecture, next to many restaurants and stores yet not noisy. It has excellent management and maintenance team. If appliances with scratches and discoloration can be replaced or fixed, that will be a big plus.

This property is clean, beautiful and well structured. My unit’s balcony is private and I don’t see other units’ balconies which is a great design. Landscaping is well maintained. The property is next to many stores and restaurants but not at all noisy. I enjoyed walking to these stores as a daily walk exercise.

I moved into The Atworth 4 months ago and from day 1 it’s felt like home to me. The building is kept clean, the residents are very nice and friendly and the staff are responsive. I’m very happy here.
