I have lived at The Atworth for over 7 years already and I still love calling it home! I love my Studio and the exercise room plus of course the pool in the summer! The location is so perfect for shopping and eating as well!

Enjoyable living. It’s very quiet and for the most part (actually rarely and never voices) you do not hear your neighbors from inside your unit. Great amenities. The pool!!! Indoor parking and EV charging is pricey :-(. Maintenance and front office staff super responsive and exceptionally nice. Everything is absolutely clean and well care for and you can’t beat the location. You literally never have to leave the area if you never wanted to, it’s all here: grocery store, retail, coffee,... restaurants, happy hour, big box stores within walking as is the Des Plaines bike trail. Longer walk but you can walk to Post Office, AMC and Trader Joe’s. Only weird thing is the dynamic pricing leasing but move in was easy, no hidden fees so far, flexible lease terms, no security deposit (given staff here I don’t anticipate being dinged when I move and I take care of my home space, but that is still an open question). Have recommended and will continue to recommend to others. good spot to call home
