Some improvements are being made slowly but surely. The office still isn’t good about answering emails and voicemails. I’m feeling ignored. Not sure who to talk to about this matter.

Great amenities and the management staff is very responsive. Apartments are very well maintained and are built soundly. I am on the second floor and can’t hear any noise from above, below or from either side.
