Great touring experience. I researched apartments in Bloomington for several days before I drove the 6 hours to Bloomington. Ultimately, I narrowed my touring to 6 different apartment complexes in Bloomington. I was most impressed with Hayden Flats. Kam, my leasing agent was very helpful, and led a great tour. My fiancé ended up opting for a rental house, but Hayden Flats was our top apartment pick. Kam’s customer service was top notch, and everything in about the process was efficiently... explained. The apartments looked amazing, and the running and biking trail along the property looked great! If your looking for an apartment in Bloomington I would definitely recommend starting with a tour by Kam at Hayden Flats.

Difficult Management

Property is nice but rent is increasing making it too expensive for the quality of build. Lots of issues for a property that is only 2 years old. Maintenance staff is great though, very helpful!! The property management on the other hand is not. Frequent new rules and regulations specifically around parking have made living here extremely difficult. I’d be wary if this place if you ever have the occasional guest in town. Their new parking regulations don’t even help the fact that they likely... just didn’t build enough parking spaces for the size of the complex. There are better places to rent in town.
