Management lie to get you to sign and promise changes that will never happen. Ex. New gym equipment (Treadmills and machines are all broken and never fixed in the years I lived there.)

Energy bill was over $240 a month in the winter. AC broke 5+ times and it took them weeks to even come out to look at it only for it to break a few days later again. Spent most of the winter with multiple in unit heaters...

There's no upkeep on the property and homeless/random people come through the apartment… buildings knocking on doors and asking for money.

Additionally, management will come into your unit without telling you. Multiple times during the winter someone came in and raised my thermostat from 65 to 74 hiking up my bill without telling me.

Expect 1 in 4 packages you order to go missing cause they are either left outside your door and stolen or left with management and they either return, lose it, or give it to the wrong person.

Been here 4 years and none of the apartments I’ve been in are properly insulated - average electric bill is $200 and up. Don’t waste your time here

Prime location, lots of shopping, parking, public transit, nature, gym, exercise and yoga classes, printing, package receiving in the office, free coffee! Big bathrooms and high ceilings!

If I could I would rate this a -1000000 stars because this place is awful we lived there for 2 years and once we moved out in August 7th 2018 and we didn't hear anything from them we go to my parents house for the Superbowl and got a letter from a collection agent saying we owe 205 dollars we knew that we were missing one blind because it was a huge blind and couldn't find one to fit it but decided to charge us for all the cleaning that we already did we even rented a carpet cleaner but they… didn't like how we cleaned the carpet so that's even more money we spent two days cleaning this place and I guess it wasn't good enough so we also have to pay 130 dollars for them to clean it. The sad part is though we had to clean it are selves before we moved in because it was so gross the only reason this places has any good reviews is because of all the people who worked there gave them 5 stars and there were a lot of people working there every week there seemed to be new people in the office don't rent here the don't deserve to be award the better business award that they have Read More
