Do not move here

The place is infested with roaches and mice, it's a flip of a coin on whether there is hot water or not, and the urgent maintence line is just a voicemail inbox that doesn't seem to get checked. They are far more concerned with fixing up the outside appearance than giving their residents a home that could qualify as livable.

The Life is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in! They are basically lying on the new website. There is a picture of a lady with a champagne glass, it looks all nice but that is not the reality of living there. The pool doesn't look like that in real life, I didn't know there was a gym or laundry room. How come the trash compacter soiled with trash wasn't on the website? It has been two miserable years I have lived there. They target the poor people to live there so they can be... "Stuck"! I wish I had the means to move out of that dump!

Pangea Parkwest

well appointed and maintained. Aesthetically pleasing. Well situated to shopping and even on public transportation lines. generally quiet with respectful neighbors. And above all else reasonably priced.
