They tried to move me in a unit it looked like someone moved out of the day before they showed me it .

Do Not Move Here
The photos presented here are not representative of the current state of the apartment complex. The park is run down and dirty. The apartments are run down and broken down. Maintenance does not fix anything in a timely manner, nor do they have emergency maintenance or anyone to fix anything on weekends. They do not have a proper schedule for insect infestation prevention which has resulted in cockroaches and ants in my unit, regardless of how clean I keep my unit. The heating/air conditioning... units are at least as old as the building is and I have had multiple instances where something has popped and the smell of electrical smoke could be detected. Maintenance either doesn't speak English or pretends to not speak English depending on what is convenient for them at the time. Management claims that this is a quiet community but this is a complete lie. People are in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night playing loud music. The "security cameras" are just for show. No one checks them. The front gate works about 70% of the time. Don't rent here unless you are desperate, and even then, get out as soon as you possibly can.
