Internet Again let me start with saying I love living here. Maintenance guy Dave is amazing. He always has taking the time to lesson and makes sure everything is taken care of before he leaves. He was not the staff that came for any of my Internet issues recently. But the internet has not worked at all this month all 3 times someone comes out it still does work. I’m told it’s my Router yet when I hard wire the cable directly from the modem to the tv it still doesn’t work. This week I did not put... in a work order staff came to get the test Modem that they said they would come and get in the morning but didn’t come by until Wednesday. They collect ALL internet equipment. When I advised that I wanted to cancel my internet I was told that I would still have to pay for this month. Mind you it has not worked at all these 2 weeks and I have got another service. But still Staff removed all equipment making it humanly impossible for me to even use the internet if it did work and yet I’m still being told I have to pay for a service that is impossible to be able to use

Nice apartment. Amazingly incompetent staff.
The apartment is nice, the property is nice, the view of the central boulevard is great. The area is great. There's a bit of noise in the morning being next to 31, but its not so bad. The units are renovated but show their age just a bit. Maintenance staff is cool and usually pretty responsive, but the office staff are embarrassing and make me embarrassed to interact with them. My wifi goes out constantly and went out for TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT when I made it clear I work from home. The manager... refused to compensate me at all and then had the audacity to try to sell me on UPGRADING my wifi to the highest tier. That alone sealed it. The management is obviously inexperienced and for trying to pass this off as a luxury property (with luxury prices) the service is awful. Internet goes out constantly. Management is petty and penny pinching. Only worth it if you can somehow avoid the management altogether.
