The rent is pretty cheap but the apartment & maintenance overall sucks ! Things break easily very old fashion ! The washers and dryers are also terrible the walls is very thin so you hear everything your neighbors do or say ! Dogs non stop barking the crime rate out here is utterly ridiculous I definitely wouldn’t recommend moving out here

This place has been a nightmare
Edit: No hot water again at 7am. It always takes them 4+ hours to fix it
Never a moment of peace here. I learned what was to come when 2 days before I moved in they tried to cancel my lease.
There has been shootings every months. Lots of crime. Maintenance enters without notice and came in when I was sleeping and scared me. Construction when I moved in and now it looks like they're doing construction again. None of the construction people or pest people are licensed. Ceiling leaked flooding my... unit. No hot water for 2 weeks once. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to get ready to work only to have no hot water or any water at all. My neighbor has 7 people living in a 1 bedroom. Lots of unleashed dogs and dogs left out on chains
There was a shootout just behind my building and a car on fire in front of the building. Stolen cars sitting in the parking lot
Construction on the building has been nonstop. The construction workers are very unprofessional. They stand outside and scream and use the bathroom publicly. They blast music. So I can't sleep before I go into work when I complained about this they said they were 'working hard'
Rent is just too high for what's going on here. I moved from out of state and am in healthcare for COVID so my job is very high stress. My job performance has been horrible because I can't rest

Horrible
If you like to sleep through the night this is not the place for you. The pipes in the studio apartments crack constantly at loud volumes in the winter that will wake you up. I have made multiple requests to maintenance but each time they "fixed" it, nothing changed. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

I’m loving it
I didn’t expect a place so close to campus to be so quiet! Maintenance is promptly available, the grounds are beautifully maintained. Office staff is courteous and professional. Great place.

Okay place to live maintenance is quick to assist they just do a patchy job continuous discolored water can’t take a shower or use the water period
