Do not move here
Poor management, unsafe environment, no Cameras/bad lighting contributing to unsafe feeling. Smoking in units labeled as non-smoking, repeated internet interruptions. Awful.

Extremely poor communication
Communication about building renovations (both external and internal) are not communicated or at best last minute. Any maintenance request you submit can take upwards of a month to fix. There was a natural privacy screen that also provided shade and homes for wildlife. They decided to tear it down to claim a "water feature" which, is a drainage pond. Bow the pond is overgrown with algae and looks/smells horrible, and we have a direct view of the main road. On top of this our rent has nearly... doubled because of this, not including inflation.

This places sucks, don’t waste your time you’ll have more privacy cardboard box. Thin walls you can hear everyone around you.

Little things built up, but a great place to live
We lived in Seville for a little over two years. At first we had a few little problems here and there with maintenance, but they took great care of us after one delayed visit. (The AC wasn't kicking on at night and the tech didn't want to come out, because it could have been a lot of work, but it was a five minute fix and he felt very bad and took great care of us after that.) They did have a huge problem with staffing for a bit, all of the office staff and some management changed, so some... administrative things slipped through the cracks, but when we told them we were leaving, they took very good care of us. We did have a problem with our upstairs neighbor constantly smoking pot in his apartment, and they didn't really do a lot about that, but they've been very good to us otherwise. I would definitely recommend it as a place to live.
