The Normandy arms apartments are in a great central location in Evansville within walking distance to the mall. They are very spacious with some of them boasting a walkin closet that is perfect for all of the shoes you may buy since you are in proximity to several shoe stores! The price is great for the value and there is laundry service is available in each building so you only share with a couple of apartments. It does require a higher amount in renters insurance than other apartments but the... price does include free basic cable and discounted prices on internet! Also, there is a buzzer system for security so if you are coming alone at night you can rest easy that no one can get into the building without a key or being buzzed in! Its great for summertime with its nice relaxing pool that is available for all apartment residents and they are home to a lot of families so it is very kid friendly! They are located right on green river road so all delivery places will deliver and all types of restaurants and grocery stores are within 5 minutes drive or less. Parking can be sparse at times, with overflow routed to a central area inconvenient for people who live in the higher numbered units.
