Run far run fast!!
I’ve currently live here going on 3 months now. I have put in 6 maintenance requests and they have yet to be completed. My sliding door leaks air and water so bad I have it sealed off, water leaks under my kitchen sink, the washing machine and outside water back up into my kitchen sink, if I don’t keep my tub drain closed water backs up through my tub every time my upstairs neighbor flushes his toilet, none of the window open, there are no smoke alarms, there are roaches, and it’s just overall... dirty and nasty here. The property owners solution to my maintenance issues was for me to move out. I’d rather be homeless than live here most days. I’m about to be homeless because my electric bill has been $300 Every month since I’ve been here. My heat is on 65, I sit in the dark most of the time, and live alone. Just don’t do it. I promise you’ll regret it.

Old and drafty
I lived there and let me tell you, your electricity bills will be sky high! Everything is old and outdated. Kitchen, bathroom all are in desperate need of a facelift. Windows leak and the patio door is a pneumonia hole. We had nails poking up out of the wood on the patio too, but it looked so dry rotted we were scared to go out there anyway.
Noisy neighbors and questionable neighborhood.
