The Maintenance Team Rocks! I received immediate feedback on my request, which had already been completed ?? before I moved in (refrigerator filter). The whole facility is top notch and we are well taken care of here at Nickel Plate Station.

Nickel Plate Station is the Best! Nickel Plate Station offers modern, spacious apartments with excellent amenities and a prime location near dining, entertainment and trails. The staff is friendly and responsive (Jane is the bomb ??)and the community feels safe and well-maintained. Perfect for professionals or families seeking convenience and comfort in Fishers. Highly recommend for quality urban-style living.

Great living Location, cleanliness, and qaulity of facilities were all fantastic. Building managemenr staff were great too. I especially appreciated the email updates of current happenings. The only thing that could have made it better were noise rules on vehicle engines and fire trucks/ambulances. Talking with the local city council and Fire house chief, and police chief on emphasizing quiter noise levels from vehicles would be beneficial. A call or email would go a long way I believe.... Overall great Thank you!

Love this place! The apartment is modern with updated appliances. Love the perk of valet trash. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is awesome. I’d recommend to anyone looking!
