I have lived here for 11 yrs. The area is well maintained by both the maintenance crew and the outside maintenance company.
The maintenance guys are fabulous. I can't give enough praise for all they do. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always get it right.
The office staff always greet you with a smile and will address your needs quickly. The apartments are well taken care of and I've always felt safe here. The location is centrally located to serve your needs and enjoyment..
I highly... recommend Sunlake Apts.

Well Kept, Family Friendly Apartments
Sunlake has nice amenities like a fitness room and tennis courts that aren't crowded. The leasing staff is very kind and willing to help in hard or unexpected housing changes/difficulties. It is a quiet, friendly community. Also, the maintenance staff responds quickly to work requests. They are also outside landscaping, salting the sidewalks, etc. all the time. The location of Sunlake is great, within walking distance of the downtown. I highly recommend.

For the most part I like it
I love the space, the price, the area in fishers where we live. I love the hominess of my apartment. What I don't like is that I have asked maintenance here once a month since I moved in to fix the toilet issues and all they do is plunge it and then act like it's fixed. I'd prefer to not have to go to target or my in-laws just to poop because they can't seem to fix the plumbing issues.

Best Apartment in Fishers
Friendly Staff, Nice Environment, Good Schools nearby and very quick for any maintenance issues within the apartment. Lovely place to stay.
