I was told they are not going to renew my lease because I was a rude to the office.

I was rude to the office when there was a mouse infestation when I first moved in. Over 30 mice were found inside my unit. I was a rude when they told me it'd take could take a week to replace a broken fridge. I was rude with they come into my apartment and lock my dog in my bathroom for 8 hours.

My rent was always paid on time, I have been a model tenant, get along with my neighbors, and an active member of... the community.

I have lived here for a few years and it has been great. My problem didn’t occur until I switched to night shift. If you work an irregular schedule get ready for an army of loud gas powered leaf blowers to attempt to blow every spec of grass even in the middle of December. The property does look fantastic but if you watch them they aren’t blowing anything, just justifying their pay I guess. Other than that problem that has cost me hours of sleep it is great.

I went apartment hunting in the last two weeks and decided to check out Woods of Britton. Absolutely fell in love with the property. It’s a tucked away, little piece of Heaven. Unfortunately they didn’t have the apartment I wanted in the timeframe I needed but, that’s no fault at them. Customer service was 10/10. Sara at the office was excellent to work with. The staff are the most kind, professional, caring and loving I have ever met in this world.

I lived here for 3 years while In IN before moving back to my home in TN. (2012-2015) This was my first experience in an apartment as I’ve always been a home owner. Now, I’m moving again to Charleston, SC with work and I’m struggling to find something as awesome as The Woods of Britton. The area is perfect and convenient, the property is beautiful and well kept, and the staff is on the ball.
