Wonderful Spot to Live
I had the privilege of living in Hidden Ponds over the last year. It was a wonderful community. My neighbors were very nice, and I will miss the community they created. The apartments were nice, especially for the price. Anytime we had maintenance issues they were sorted out that same day. The on-site laundry facility is cheaper than any stop in Gas City and was very convenient. The managment was also really friendly and knew me by name within the first week. They were suportive and helpful... whenever there was an issue. Serously, this is not just an apartment it is a coomunity. One of the best I've found. I would recommend Hidden Ponds to anyone looking for an inexpensive apartment.

hard to reach but worth the wait
They can be very hard to reach sometimes. I called for a few days before getting a call back but when I got the call, the lady was nice and said how sorry she was about taking so long. I went and saw the apartment. It looked nice and I am hoping to be able to move in soon.

nice staff
always drive by these apartment but have never been inside one. not really looking to move right now but will definitely keep them in mind for when i do. even with other people in the office they still made time to show me an apartment.

Friendly staff, beautiful apartments
Took a tour of this community and was greeted at the door by very professional staff. They made me feel at home and welcomed! I can't wait to move into one of their units.
