It could be better I have lived in this apartment for 9 years and, overall, I really appreciate the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the community. It has been a comfortable place to live, and the environment is one of the reasons I have stayed here for so long.
However, after almost a decade in the same unit, I believe some upgrades are necessary. The carpet is very worn and needs to be replaced, and the bathroom fixtures are outdated. The sink and the toilet should also be replaced to improve... the condition of the unit.
Additionally, installing a ceiling fan in the dining room would greatly improve air circulation and comfort in the space.
I truly enjoy living here and hope management can consider these updates to help maintain the quality of the apartments for long-term residents.

Acceptable Three Years
I lived in my townhouse for three years and for the most part is wasn't bad. The townhouse was a really nice size and perfect for me and my dog. Because the buildings are older, the walls aren't paper thin and it kept the outside noise to a minimum and would rarely hear my next door neighbors.
As for the community, I never had issues with any of my neighbors or staff. There is often times trash all over the place but otherwise there are attempts to keep the community clean.
Parking can getting... annoying because the parking lot doesn't have extra space for extra cars.
I would and have recommended people live at Braeburn Village but do caution that it's not perfect.

NOT IN LOVE ANYMORE
maintence is horrible people in the office are no help lived here over 18 years and it really going down over here .no security peoples blinds look like they are falling down its horrible . no one cares . they have all these other things they are concerned about beside making there tenants happy . ever since new office people place is not nice to live in very disappointed
