Landscape needs attention There are a lot of weeds around the complex.
There are several trees overhanging walkways
The playground has a broken swing that has been broken for over 6 weeks a lot of children use the playground

Review Really great apartments to live in! Not sure if they got new management but I can really tell a change in the level of care they put into the lives of people living here! Just a few small things I wish they would fix, like the potholes when entering the parking lot of the 5783 apartments and I wish they would bring back our recycling dump. But overall amazing place to live and I appreciate all the hard work they put in to making Brockton apartments a great place to live!

Lease Renewal Process I get reminders to pay my rent AFTER it's paid but no reminder to sign my lease! Also, the online signature process was a bit glitchy. I actually had to type in my name WITHOUT my middle initial although it appears WITH my middle initial on the completed document.
