The exterior/ interior/ grounds overall The office staff are lovely, no issues with them at all! My issues are with the apartment
complex itself in
regards to the grass, carports needing repair, awnings, gutters, fencing, trees parking spaces needing lined, old and out dates interior. The apartments are huge insides compared to many near by complex. .y issue is with the rate for renting. The value doesn't match what im getting. Gate isnt secured or working but I have a fob. Definitely wouls... love for the rent to be equal to the property upjeep. newer appliances that are standard in non upgraded units. Being able to opt out of the valley trash would be nice as I Never use it. Understanding the complex is old but fixing these on the outside should be bare minimum expectations. Repairs should match the original building as best as possible. My unit is nice inside because of how I decorated not necessarily because of the bones of my unit are newer. Also a lot of car break ins(my car as well) and more than wanted cops in complex because of a domestic disturbance. In my opinion i do feel my unit soze ans price are not equal if you look at the overall unit, grounds, parking etc

Reimburse I think this is the best place to live! My only concern is the various reimbursement charges in the rent. If we all have utilities put in our(tenant’s) name, then what’s the point to reimbursement back to the company?
