Great Apartment We enjoyed living at the Richelieu.
Our apartment was filled with light. Maintenance is responsive and the staff is easy to work with.

Dont Live Here

This place is horrible and they don't care about their people. I got stuck in the elevator and had to call 911 to pry me out. I called the emergency maintenance line (it was the weekend) and no one ever called to ask how I was doing or if I was OK. When everyones packages were getting stolen they refused to put up a camera and told me to ship my stuff to their other apartment complex. Then when I moved out they wanted to charge me because my bathroom sink wasn't clean. This place is a joke.

OH... Yeah I forgot about the SHOOTING right next to the apartment. Wild! There were about 10 cops that swarmed the place that night. Still nothing from management.

Roaches and shootings

Per a resident from 2 yrs ago- they have roaches and do nothing about it which I can confirm is true 2 years later
