Fallwood

Looking at the model apartment everything appears to be very nice and clean and newly remodeled. The actual apartment is the total opposite everything is old. The office staff is rude. The maintence of the apartment is terrible. But the upkeeping on the outside that is visible to everyone is great. Nothing ever gets fixed. The walls are paper thin. This is my 1st year in the Fallwood Apartment Community and I don't intend to move anytime soon. My apartment is spacious, my neighbors are courteous, the property is well kept, and the office staff is amazing. There are plenty of spacious apartments in town, but there's something to be said about courteous neighbors and a pleasant/thorough staff. This is my home for the foreseeable future and I have no regrets for selecting Fallwood. Gave them free money for no reason::::

I'm from out of town. Applied. Was told I had an apartment. About two weeks before time to move, was told the " tenant didn't move out sorry".
I've already given my 30 day notice. Have to find another one.

Ask for my $100 deposit back, arrogant, ignorant leasing agent says " no we got an apartment for you before the end of the month like we agreed "
So I gave them $130 total for an apartment I didn't get. Really cool, for someone who's moving and… needs $. No... it isn't. Read More

I have been here for 5 years and it has gotten progressively worse. The rent keeps going up, but the service keeps going down. The cost of heating and cooling is appalling and its because the buildings have not been updated since they were built in the 1970s. How they can charge what they are is beyond me. They advertised laundry hook-ups but had to change that later, since their aren't any and the facilities that they do have keep going up in price. This place is a joke and need to be… completely gutted and remodeled, something else they told me had been done but hasn't.

They refuse to fix anything correctly. Part of the roof blew off of the building next too mine and it took them more than 6 months to fix it, despite the fact that I took the piece of roofing in to the office and told them that I'd seen it fly off the building.
