Excellence Maintenance Service Maintenance did an awesome job fixing my kitchen sink. Water was coming out from the bottom and there was a bad smell.

Every time I submitted a maintenance request, they came right away and fixed the problem quickly. They were professional, kind, and very helpful.

I really appreciate their fast response and great work. Thank you so much!

The move-in process was smooth. The welcome home whiteboard on the fridge and a gift was a good touch. there were minor issues in apartment, but nothing that can’t be fixed. I was able to move in 24 hours before my actual move-in date which was a plus. Aromonee was a blast to work with very professional and accommodating.

Do not live here. I have had the sewer back up into my apartment twice and nothing has been done about it. I now feel like a ninja turtle because it smells and feels like I’m living in a sewer. I asked for a new unit and I haven’t heard from anyone. Now that the holidays have come up, I am being pushed further back on the list of the property manager’s priorities. While they are enjoying their holiday, I am being forced to shower at other people homes because I refuse to clean up the bathroom... where the sewage sat! I am not indy works and this needs professional grade cleaning! They sent someone to dry the carpet (which the fans ran for 3 days, I guess that power bill is on me) so they could clean it, drying the smell and filth into the carpet for the guy to come in a just shampoo part of the unit although we were walking in it for days and tracking it all around the unit. It’s going on two weeks without problems being solved. No one should live here because per the property managers words “I can get you another unit but I can’t guarantee that it won’t happen again.” If you can’t guarantee a safe and sanitary living environment then these apartments need to be condemned. I sent an email to regional and she hasn’t even opened the email.
