A month ago I gave them a $200 deposit, $150 of it being refundable if it was not approved which it wasn’t and that’s fine. I’ve had to call many times to get the $150 refund and finally got it but it was only $100. I’m still fighting with them exactly one month later to get back exactly what I deserve. Renters beware, they can take your money instantly but it almost takes an act of Congress to get refunded and then you don’t get the full money you’re owed and you have to waste more time… contacting them. Very sad how they treat people there, I would highly recommend you rent somewhere else as no telling whatever other money they would not give you back that’s yours when it comes time and how long it’d take to get it.
