Absolutely DO NOT rent here or even bother visiting. I scheduled my tour a month ago, found a unit on spot that I loved, completed the app same day and was told the app/admin fees would be waived and I'd get 1 month free on a 13 month lease...cool. The leasing agent told me that day the background checks were running a little slow but she expected by end of day 2 it would be back and I would get an email letting me know of my approval. After a week of absolutely no correspondence, I emailed her... and asked if I was approved. I got a casual "oh yeah, you were approved yesterday." That was it. So I responded, will I be receiving a welcome letter with more details. Again, short response, "yes I'm working on it." 10 days letter still nothing, so I reach out again, as she never even asked my desired move-in date. I get another email back, "yes I'm working on yours with a few others and should have them out today. When did you want to move in." I quickly replied April 25th, and via email CONFIRMED I could schedule my movers for today, Saturday the 26th. I even went and bought furniture based on her written confirmation I was all good to go. As you can see, the 25th has come and gone and she never sent a welcome letter or reached out about my move in. I had to pay penalties to cancel furniture with no place to put it and still don't have a place. BE WARNED. They are unprofessional at best. Read More
