Great place to live

The building requires a FOB to get in, so that keeps out a lot of the freaks. The walls are thick in these apartments and I've never had an issue with hearing anyone through them. There has been some issues with someone stealing packages, which sucks but is fairly common in apartments. The paint job, the hardwood floor and the cute rounded doorways make the place feel cozy and inviting. The main thing that is the issue here is that your heat will barely work and be VERY expensive because it is... such an old building and old heating style; I recommend getting a space heater. Everyone I've met in this building has been really chill and kind. Management is kind of hard to deal with and want to sneak money out of you wherever they can, but maintenance is amazing (shout out Adam!)

All in all, it's truly a great place to live for the price point.
