A great place to live

I’ve lived in many apartment complexes in my life and I have to say, Leawood at Stateline has been the best experience. The wonderful maintenance men get tasks done immediately. Our building smells great and the hallways/stairs are always clean! Also something to consider, Doordash, grocery delivery etc never have issues finding this place. That can sometimes be a pain when you live in an apartment and they can’t find your place. I have never had an issue with that! The office staff is also... super nice. Always answers the phone in a timely manner.

could be much better

Too expensive.
- smells circulate in your home and it's very hard to air them out
- shower head messes up a lot and it's very hard to have a good shower and clean yourself especially if you have thick hair to clean.
- furnace doesn't reach bedrooms just front room and kitchen
- balcony blinds broke very easily.
