Park Lofts

While living there I had me vehicle stolen from the parking lot despite there being "security." The security consists of a vehicle driving through the parking lot a couple times throughout the night, wouldn't call that security. Management seemed to prioritize pets over tenants. There was regularly dog poop in the elevators or all over the lawn and management didn't seem to care. Getting packages delivered is a nightmare. The office is only open during weekdays and business hours, so if you work... a normal job it's nearly impossible to get your packages. I also had a package stolen by presumably a fellow resident. Washers and dryers are awful. Had to run the dryers for nearly 2 hours to get things dry. Even then it seemed like several washers/dryers were broken at any given time. Read More

Park is wonderful and peaceful place here great staff and very friendly so so nice I’ve been to see some great changes here different activity rooms for the tenants right in the building to enjoy always the office staff is the bomb!!! They get the job done if things need to done here thank you you’ll keep up the good work staff the mangers willing to listen to any problem and will get solved if the can help thanks again all the staff from top to the bottom are good!

We have absolutely loved living here. In fact, we would not be leaving if it wasn't for our two large dogs! It is conveniently located across the river from downtown and still plenty to take advantage of! They have made some fantastic changes! New rooms on every floor! I personally like the yoga/zen and work out rooms. Laundry is free, most places arent.. They just added a new grill/patio area out back which is an amazing improvement from the once mud pit it was!! The office staff is fantastic!... You'll love Grayson and Rhonda! I never had an issue really, and if I did it was fixed within the hour. Safe, fun, spacious and dog friendly!! Read More

Park Lofts has made a major turnaround. I read about it and just moved in because of the location in NKC. I have loved it since OCT and agree. The new managment is great. Maintence is very respnsive. I had a issue when moved in and it was taken care of immediately. Walking distance to many local NKC bars and breweries and the local shops in the area. There is a dog park not too far either. Many untis are getting upgraded. The laundry facilites have just started and will be done soon. The staff... is very nice and i cant wait to see more of the renovations.
