Overall, I think Estancia is a pretty nice place. The office staff seems to care and do the best job they can. Maintenance did their job and if not for part availability, I think they could have resolved my issues much quicker.

Estancia is very quiet! Would like a little more space for what I pay HOWEVER it's reasonably priced compared to where it's located. Maintenance staff has been quick to fix anything that needs attention. So far it's been a pleasant experience!

Estancia is MY HOME! Senior Mgt is friendly, lnowledgable & responsive Apt. floor plan is excellent throughout! Capital improvements over the past 18 months were excellent from contractors for painting, carport replacement & beautiful, contemporary! Gym was completely rennovated with the best updated equipment!
