All bill's included

new thermostat garbage disposal works, fridge had to replace, plumbing gets backed up frequently, cabinets are very nice and tall, lots of storage space, great place to do homework, all original wood work windows at the top of the walls tidy and great square footage. It's real noisy~it's real quiet. Great scenery!

Chilly apartments

I am sending this to make a suggestion. If the apartments in the basement are way chilly, I was told they wake with a temp in the 50's or below... Maybe you should suggest to the apartments on the top level to shut some vents to regulate their "too warm" apartments and that will force air to other areas of the building. It is what I do in my home.. close vents in the top floor and open on the bottom since heat rises. then do the opposite in the summer. close vents in the basement and open... on the top floor, for cooler top floor temps. Just a suggestion. Don't want my son to freeze all winter.
