This place is in a good and quiet location but the management is terrible. They communication skills is terrible, they use temp works so no one ever knows what to do or what’s going on. They are not helpful whatsoever when it comes to maintenance issues. Literally almost ended up homeless because they failed to break down payments for a new lease on an apartment.

I scheduled an apartment tour, but when I showed up for my tour, the door to the leasing office was locked. I could see that there was at least one person inside, but when I tried calling and knocking on the door, no one answered. I understand that things can happen at the last minute, but someone should have reached out to me and told me that I needed to reschedule. To make matters worst, I had previously stopped by for a walk-in tour and was told that I needed to schedule an appointment, even... though there were 4 people in leasing office not appearing to be doing anything. And then when I came back for my scheduled tour, the door’s locked. I can understand being turned away as a walk-in, but they should have been prepared for my scheduled appointment. This gives me the impression that the staff is unprofessional and unorganized. I’m glad that I’m realizing this before I signed my lease.

Este ha sido mi hogar por 6 años, un lugar maravilloso, limpio tranquilo. Agradezco el buen trato por todos estos años, el personal de la oficina muy amable y el personal de mantenimiento responde a las solicitudes rápido. Nunca tuve quejas de este lugar al contrario muy agradecida. Tremendo equipo gracias Skyler Ridge.

they are very rude when you call them for service
and charges unnecessary charges for the damages and repairs
they estimate something else and charges very high…
i strongly recommend dont opt for these apartments
