The new management is raising people’s rents up to 25%. They are forcing people to move out who have lived here over ten years. They want to kick people out some they can renovate the 80/201 units, not caring about the people. Can’t get a hold of anyone for work orders. I recommend 0 stars! Good luck if you move here.

Great 3 floor townhome. Curb appeal needs improvement and gym needs complete overhaul but as for the living arrangements, it is perfect.

The only reason would mostly just be how old the units are. The garages are too small for a family car. Parking can be an issue.
