This is an income based housing. There could be a waiting list to get in. There's several good things - first, no utilities, second, all maintenance is either done by the in house maintenance (or bid on via low bid winning). Eight story bldg., dual elevators and handicapped available apartments. Small town environment adjacent to a larger town(appx. 40k size city, 1 hr. drive from an appx. 270k size city). Easy ins/outs via 3 State and 1 US highways. Thanks!
