White Lakes Plaza

They do not care for tenants. They charged us for things they said would get fixed after we moved in. There is no flat rate you still pay for trash, water and sewage. They do not have any actual maintenance crews. Apartments fall apart and they have roaches in all their complex buildings, even the on site laundry mat has bugs. They don't even like to answer phones or help

Company will not take care of property, common area doors are broken and do not shut, graffiti, holes in privacy fence, untagged and broken down vehicles take up many of the parking spots, the pool has been broken for atleast 2 years, the only thing they care about is taking rent money every month while the let the property fall apart. search for orion property group, do not rent from them at all!!

The staff is very helpful and supportive. They were available to answer all questions and work with your schedules.
The property is nice and in a good location.

I never once had a issue with the complex, it's management, matience or the apartment itself. Let me state a few things that would help future tenants in their decision if White Lakes is somewhere they are considering.

- The apartment manager Joann is always in her office or on grounds if needed during business hours. If there is ever a issue she is easy to find. She is personalable and welcoming so it makes her very easy to talk too.

- I only had 2 issues in a year where I needed matience to... fix something. Both issues we're fixed asap. Jeremy was always respectful entering the apartment and never made a mess. Very friendly guy.

- Apartment grounds are always clean and we'll kept. If litter does tend to linger on grounds the manager or matience are out daily sweeping the grounds to keep everything looking up and up.

- There is a tornado shelter on grounds as well. Had to go into it once during a violent storm and felt safe knowing I would be safe even in harm weather if needed.

- The laundry facilities really impressed me cause not only do they accept quarters like usual they also can connect to smart phones where you can just pay through a mobile app. This was a good sent for me since I could just charge my account in the Pay Range app and swipe the machine I wanted to use.

- Lot security was never a issue with troublemakers messing with cars or any of that. Never a worry about vandalism or theft. Parking lot and common areas are very well lit and video cameras are being installed currently just to make you feel more safe.

- It is literally a 3 minute walk to Walmart. Having Walmart so close just saves in gas so much when you need something you can just hop right over quick without needing to deal with traffic.

- I had a 2 bedroom apartment while here and never once had a single issue with critters, bugs or bed mites. Pest control stayed on top of things and again, because of that there were never any issues with any kind of pests or bugs.

- Apartment I had was very spacious. Plenty of closet room. No smells or foul orders from the Heat/AC. Floors and carpet was clean. Walls clean and such. Really sad I had to leave cause it felt like home for me.

Those are just a few things that stood out to me that were great at White Lakes. I honestly have no negatives. This is just my honest review of things that impressed me most and stood out. Shame I had to leave but need to take care of family. Hope this review helps someone in the future. Read More
